Jack Pinter

I have spent the past 20 years creating and delivering interactive and experiential learning and development initiatives for clients in every sector across the world.

My work reflects my passion for combining and interconnecting many different concepts, frameworks and disciplines to create bespoke solutions to meet client needs, and to give people opportunities to practice and embed new ways of working and interacting.

I’ve enjoyed sharing my expertise in Leadership, Change Management, Innovation, Team Effectiveness, Conflict Resolution, Effective Communication, Well-Being and Personal and Interpersonal skills with 300+ clients. Recently I created a People Strategy for London Metropolitan Police, created a Mindfulness Initiative for Mitsubishi Power Systems and supported Culture Change initiatives at Airbus.

I’ve been a guest lecturer at Nyenrode Business University in Holland, IMD in Switzerland, Sabanci University in Istanbul, and ESCP in Madrid, and has developed programs for The European School of Management and Technology in Germany and Wharton Executive Education in the USA.

I’m an accredited Mediator and a certified facilitator of Barrett Cultural Transformation Tools, Facilitating Transformation Through Values,  Relationship Systems Intelligence, Conscious Business Coaching, Coaching People Through Change, Lumina Personality Profiling, and the conflict resolution programme War To Peace.

Following my early passion for personal development, I studied psychology before earning a BA at Wesleyan University (USA). In my first career as a jazz musician, I’ve appeared with artists including Dave Brubeck, Dizzy Gillespie, Ella Fitzgerald, Tom Waits and Ute Lemper. More recently I’ve collaborated with Tim Robbins, Yoko Ono and Katie Melua. I’ve also enjoyed parallel careers as a journalist, composer, storyteller, playwright and educationalist. My work has featured at the National Theatre and Orange Tree Theatre in London, and the Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury. My most recent work for theatre was staged by The Actor’s Gang in Los Angeles.
